Q: Is land included in the price?
A: Yes — the price includes the freehold of both the land and the completed home, giving you full ownership with no ground rent or leasehold complications.
Q: Can I customise the interior layout or finishes?
A: The internal layout is fixed, and interiors are finished in neutral, modern colour schemes designed to suit a wide range of tastes. This provides a clean, adaptable canvas for personal styling once you move in.
Q: Is solar optional or upgradeable later?
A: Yes — buyers can choose a version with or without solar at the outset. While retrofitting solar later is possible, it is more cost-effective to include it during the initial build.
Q: Are these homes mortgageable?
A: Yes — the homes comply with UK building regulations and are supported by recognised certifications, making them eligible for standard mortgages (subject to lender approval). Buyers must provide proof of funds or an agreement in principle before build commitment.
Q: What warranty or certification is provided?
A: Homes are certified under the Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS), ensuring structural integrity and compliance with UK standards. Equivalent to NHBC cover.
Q: What does ‘wind and watertight’ mean?
A: This refers to the stage when the building is structurally complete with walls, roof, windows, and doors installed — sealed from the elements and ready for internal finishing.
Q: How long does the build take?
A: From production to completion, most homes are delivered and ready in 4-6 months, depending on material availability and manufacturing timelines.
